I remembered that you are in the UK right after I sent my message. Sorry! I 
wish I could be of more help, but I’ve only used Duxbury on the PC. I can tell 
you, though, that the Index—an Everest-D in my case, is incredibly fiddly. I 
have to call DB tech support every time I’ve had to set it up on a new PC. The 
good news is that once you get it set up correctly, you shouldn’t have any more 
problems.

I *think* that their email is [email protected]. You might give that a try.
