An idea. If the dock qualifies as a container then you can assign
commands to move to the top ot bottom of the container.
Also too, you can move those apps to different locations on the dock.

So Mail is the first item in my dock. I want to be able to issue
a keyboard command, and land on Mail so I can open it. Just
trying to minimize all the futzing around you have to do when
using a keyboard with iOS.

dot-456 chord will take you to the bottom of the screen,
but then you still have to scroll backward to get to the
