I purchased an HP printer back in January and installed the HP Smart app which worked fine until today . I went to use it on my mac to email some tax documents and it keeps saying busy . Has anyone else experienced this problem ? I was able to use the HP app on my iPhone to use the printer but the app would not work on my fairly new iMac .
