The standard way to do this is with command-tab. This is similar to alt-tab on windows, but only switches between apps, not windows. There is also the voiceover command Application chooser vo-F2 (twice) this brings up a VoiceOver item list of applications. WHen youwhen you click on an application it then brings up a window chooser for the application. THe trackpad commander equivalent for this command is to tap twice with two fingers on the left side of the trackpad. Best Wishes, Jonathan Cohn
