Hi John, We have the Ecobee. Mostly I use that app rather than the home app, or I just use Siri. Ecobee has done a nice job with accessibility. My only criticism is, having also used the Nest app, I like the Nest app better. It's less layered, so easier to do things like modify the temperature. I think Ecobee operates on the premise that you will set regular temps and mostly just leave them there, which is not how I operate.
