You can ask for these individually or you can set up a shortcut in the 
shortcuts app. 
In shortcuts search for weather and add the get weather conditions accction 
then the weather details action you neef to customize the detail you want with 
the action roror then you would add the speakaction to say something. I believe 
you could even add this to an automation associatedwith en alarm.
My apologies for the, run-on‘s/spelling errors. But this should give you an 
idea if you know the specifics perhaps you can inspire me text create an 
automation for you.
