hello, you Nina I am wondering if you happen to have a list of key commands for orca? I'm sorry to put this on the list but I don't have Nina's direct email address please forgive me for posting something a bit off topic.

To the persons who actually works for VMware, so far I like version 12 player I'm not a developer, I am a out of school somewhat student because of the pandemic I'm not in class. You can't do sign language directly and do social distancing. They don't work together at all. All I can say about version 12 is so far so good.

Please note that the above has been dictated to the computer by means of dictation software. If there's something about that you don't understand, please ask me what my original intent was? I will do everything I can to clear up any misunderstanding that may arise from the about text. Thank you very much for reading this.

Note number two I am aware that this is a Mac list I'm running Windows 10 in a boot camp configuration the main reason why I am doing this in Windows is because that's where the dictation software is the company that produces the dictation software withdrew from the Apple market some time ago. So that's my only method of dictating to the computer and having it come out somewhat coherently is to use Windows. I hope this explains things?

To the list moderators please please please! Excuse this somewhat off-topic post. It was not intended to be this way but I didn't have the direct email address of the person I'm am predominantly addressing my comments to. If either Mart has a problem please feel free to write me off this and I can explain more if you wish.

Sincerely Maurice Mines.

Hi, Sheri:

Janina from the Silver W3C work here. I recall you mentioning this
release was coming. It sounds good enough to have me reaching for my
wallet! I hope I'm still an upgrade--though I'm several versions back
now.

Best,

Really happy to see you on this list following up with the accessibility
enhancements. That's the way things should work, imo.

Best,

Janina

Hi folx,

Been lurking on this group for a couple of months. I was VMware's first
accessibility manager and have recently moved into an accessibility
architect role. There are a significant number of accessibility
improvements in the new releases of Player, Workstation, and Fusion. Here
are the links.

We will be doing user research with screen reader users on these products
in the November-January timeframe. If you are interested in participating,
please ping me at sbyrnehaber at vmware dot com. You can also connect with
me on LinkedIn, the session dates will be announced there as well.

Thanks,

Sheri

In the event that the news hasn’t reached you yet, perhaps via the Fusion
update process, VMware Fusion 12 is released (and Workstation 16). If you
buy an upgrade to either for the princely sum of $99, you can access both
on 3 personal machines. Also, there’s a free Player tier, for those whose
needs are less pro.

Go to your local online VMware store to purchase yours today. If you check
for updates, you should be directed there.
