Hi, everyone, Yesterday, I decided that I wanted more access to news sources. I went into the App Store and as my search criterion I typed „Apple News.“ The first app to appear in the results was Readly, so I downloaded it. Now, I am in my two-week trial period where I can read news for free. I have a few questions about Readly, however, and I am wondering if any of you can answer some of them. Thanks so much!
1. I love in Austria, but I don’t want to restrict my reading to just German-language offerings. Is it possible with Readly to read magazines that are published outside my region? If not, how can I circumvent this problem? 2. The names of the publications listed are not immediately apparent to VoiceOver. The only way to determine which magazine you are reading is to click on the icon associated with the magazine and then read the description. Is there a work-around for this. Turning Screen Recognition on in VO doesn’t help[. 3. Can anyone recommend any other service that may be more blindness-friendly if Readly can’t fill the bill? With warmest regards and thanks in advance, Mike -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
