Zoom is a great option for that. It’s vary easy to set up and you don’t have to do any customizing. You simply need the free account set up meting ID, Make sure your recording settings are good, and your VO is set to system default. There are of course other options I think Quicktime can do some screen sharing, but I never got VO to come through that way.
