When you get to the date field, interact with it by pressing Control-Option-Shift-down arrow. Now use Control-Option-left or right arrow to move between the month, day, hours and minutes fields. Pressing Control-Option-up and down arrows will increment or decrement the values. When you're done editing the start time, stop interacting by pressing Control-Option-Shift-up arrow and move to the end time and interact with it if necessary to change those parameters as well.
