there is a new feature in iOS 14, that shows an incoming call as a notification banner at the top of the iPhone’s home screen. To restore the previous behavior for incoming calls, go to: Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls. This is a button, which you double-tap, to find the option to restore full screen for incoming calls.
