Hi Paul, in my experience on a german MacBook Air with an M1 chip, voices section in VoiceOver became pretty buggy. I experienced switching voices in the beginning and I still experience 2 issues: 1. Control doesn’t really stops the voice from speaking. It just stops one block of text but starts reading again without me doing anything. 2. The german Siri voices for VoiceOver speak quite sluggish and it doesn’t matter if I increase or decrease speed rate in VO settings.
Both issues are very annoiing. Let’s hope Apple will fix this rather sooner than later.
