Rita, Amazing no one has yet responded. Unless you have set up a hotkey (keyboard commander) to open the print queue, you will need to go to system preferences, and open the printers and scanners section. Then you locate your printer in a table, and close the interaction. Then moving right, you will come to a table with all your print jobs. There you can delete them one by one, or perhaps even all at once. I used the keyboard commander and assigned Option+P to open my print queue so I can get to it more quickly.

I need to delete all printer jobs, but I don’t know what to do. Would anyone please explain? It seems that I can’t print again until I delete these unfinished jobs.
