Wow, sorry to hear you are having such problems. I would think that once you know your new password, you should be able to get your mail set up on all your devices.

They said they are going to look into it. The agent I spoke with yesterday was supposed to set my email up on the iMac as well but since I’m having these problems they decided not to go ahead with this. I have no idea what’s going on.
