Hi Paul, I don't use it for mail or music or podcasts, but I do use it for messages, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, work-outs. I also use the modular face, which has five complications. My complications are set to display sunrise/sunset, time, temperature, activity data, date and phase of the moon. (There are lots of other options, those are just the ones I chose. I also check the battery status in the control center. Most of this could not be accomplished without Voiceover on. Cheers, Donna
