Hi Zoe. Hope you are well and glad to know that you are progressing with your Mac.
Well, you were talking about previous recipients. If you have your contacts up-to-date and you wish to empty your previous recipients as I do from time to time, you can do the following. I don’t know how to make this work on the I phone but I wish you could. When you are in your email folder with your cursor in the inbox, please do Vo M to find the menu bar and then vo right arrow until you here the word Window. 2. When you hear the word window, Vo arrow down as this will open the menu and you have 17 items. 3. Keep arrowing down with VO down arrow until you hear previous recipients. 4. Vo space on previous recipients. 5. Here is a table where all the recipients you have ever written to. 6. You can select with command A and press the delete key which will empty the whole table. 7. Before you do this, you can Vo Right arrow and see other options in this menu as you can add emails to your contacts or remove individual names. You can also select line by line how many names you’d like to remove from the table just as if you were doing so in windows with shift key down arrow. I hope you and others find this information useful. Thank you very much. Kawal. . > On 7 Dec 2020, at 18:31, FIOGKOS <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi Jonathan and all.
