Hi Sarah, Are you using the SendSpace Wizard? If so I agree, the Wizard does need a lot of work, although it is usable once you get the hang of it. Some functions cannot be done within the Wizard though.
Try this: Press VO Shift F3 to turn cursor tracking on. Then once you're where you want to be, try rooting the cursor again with VO Command F5. You should then be able to Control Click on the folder.
