Hi Jonathan, Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't know how to do this. I closed the app, and re-booted my phone. But since then, The Starbucks people have said it's a known issue, and I suppose they're working on it. It's the strangest thing. You know how the home screen shows you your list of usuals? Well, when I tap on them to order, the item that gets ordered isn't what I tapped on. For example, I have two different sizes of cafe mocha in my usuals list, a grande and a venti. I can order the Grande just fine, but nothing I do will let me order the Venti, including going into the venti in my order and modifying it.. And for both of them I add an extra shot, but the extra shot is never added to my order. It's very annoying, especially during the time of plague when you can't just go into the store and order.
