Strange. It didn’t work as you described. But then I performed a right click on it in extras menu and then again a request opened to allow Flycut use accessibility in Systempreferences. And now I could find an entry Flycut. After enabeling this I can open the menu by performing a right click on Flycut in Extras menu. A simple VO + Space still doesn’t work. Maybe they changed something in the program? Anyway, now it works as expected as far as I can see.
