Hi. I’ve went into recovery mode, and allowed to boot from exturnal media. I then created and bootable installer with turnmenal using Mac OS Catalina. I just thought you could pick that bootable disc as a startup disc in System Preferences. Anyway, do I need to hold down the option key at startup, to see the bootable disc?
