Just FYI, The Mac has very good menu support. If you type VO-M, you
will be in the menu for whatever app you are in. So for example, in
mail, if you pressed VO-right arrow, you would eventually arrow over
to the menu item entitled messages. There you would find the option
to start a new message from the menu, and also the keyboard command
to do it without entering the menu system.
