If you are not able to close VoiceOver Utility using CMD + Q, you can close it using Force Quit as follows: 1. Open Force Quit using CMD + OPT + Escape. (On TouchBar Macs, you can use Fn + Tab in lieu of a physical Escape key). 2. Navigate to, and interact with the table. Select VoiceOver Utility from the table of running apps. 3. Stop interacting with the table, and navigate to the Force Quit button, and press VO + Spacebar to select the button. 4. A dialogue will appear asking you to confirm that you really want to Force Quit the selected app. Navigate to the Force Quit button in the dialogue, and press VO + Spacebar to select.
