No, your Mac does not know what email accounts are on your iPhone. Some things are shared between iOS and Mac via iCloud, but email accounts are not. You will need to setup any email account you have on your iPhone, again on your Mac. The process is similar to setting up your Gmail account, and is done through System Preferences > Internet Accounts.
