Yes, but it does have the address in place once you hit this.
One thing you might want to play with is the setting:
Use Smart Addresses
In the viewing area of Mail's settings. If this is checked then e'Mail
addresses will be displayed just as names while when unchecked they will
usually be "Full Name" <[email protected]>
This can be especially helpful when Mail incorrectly associates a Full Name
with an e-mail address.
