Thanks for the suggestions. I doubt his iCloud is full, because it seems to me that when my iCloud was almost full, I got a message. And he hasn’t had any such messages. He also doesn’t have a Mac, which is where I ran into trouble with the iCloud in the 50 GB plan. Anyway, I’m forwarding all suggestions. Thanks. Mary
