for the past few days when I try to update my iPad mini I get the message that the app store can't process purchases right now. try again later. my iPad mini is first gen I think. it can't go past IOS 9. this is perhaps the problem. my phone is updating its apps automatically and seems to be doing ok. does anybody know what this means or what the problem may be?
