1. Make sure you have each Mail account properly setup in System Preferences > Internet Accounts, with passwords entered and Mail turned on for each accounts. 2. Make sure you have the MailBox folder list turned on in the Mail app. 3. Make sure you have expanded the contents of each Mail account, at Heading Level 1, in the Mailbox folder list.
