Wow! Congrats. You might be able to use ABBYY Fine Reader Express to OCR on the Mac side. ABBYY FineReader Express for the Mac has finally released a trial version of their OCR software:
http://www.abbyy.com/finereader_for_mac/trial/#

It runs for 15 days and seems rather limited (you can only convert 1 page at a time). You can complete a license purchase through the app.
