Try pressing VO-H twice and then typing in either interact or table. and then pressing down arrow a few times. When I did this I quickly came across toggle table interactivity control option command equals On the US keyboard the equals sign is the key directly to the left of the delete key. As recently discussed Windows calls this key backspace to distinguish it from the forward delete key though I am fairly sure that my electric typewriter with correction tape called it delete.
