This somewhat depends on the distribution system that the list is using. Also, AOL / Verizon e-mail addresses are generally more difficult to find in the standard way. Generally, for non-mailing list and mailing lists senders who don't have their from changed to the the origin of the mailing list, the below procedure should work.
1. Interact with the headers 2. Interact with the sender until VO has you interacting with the text (VO-LEFT/RIGHT) move by work) 3.
