Hi, that sounds very negative to me. Apple proved several times their ability and willingness to react on users feedback. I myself had once a chat with Apple Irland about huge issues in Preview in Mac OS Lion. And what shall I say. They found the issue and solved it in an update 3 months later. Even Tim Cook was involved. That’s a thing only Apple can do. I’ve never experienced this in my time as a Windows user. So in my opinion it’s always worth a feedback. All the best Jürgen
