If it's a PDF file, then probably not. Many PDF files are not tagged,
and will therefore be problematic (especially for tables and other
structures) regardless of what operating system or reading tool you use.
If you can obtain the information in HTML, or in a word processor
format, you'll have greater success.
If it isn't a PDF file, then you should be able to navigate the tables
successfully.
