I’m not sure you have the sin-tax right.  Try reading the command by word and 
with punctuation at least set to “some”.  Also, upon further reflection, it 
might be better to specify the target as LocalSystem rather than Applications.  
You can get a list of possible domains to install to with the following:
installer -dominfo -pkg <path to pkg file>
When you enter paths in the shell, be sure to use tab completion.  That means 
you can type a few characters and hit the tab.
