The two finger swipe down does the same VoiceOver function as VO-A. What you
have to take account of when working with Mac VoiceOver is that one can
interact.
So, if the VoiceOver cursor is the at the document level, then a two finger
sswipe down will start at the top of the document. If you are at a page level,
it should start reading at the beginning of the page. If swiping right reads
just the next word, then the "Read Voiceover cursor" function should start
reading at the last word spoken and continue to the end.
A two finger swipe let/right will change your interaction level.
