+1 from me, too. If it’s already on Catalina, I’d think that’s a good starting 
point for whoever gets it. Besides, why should use your valuable time to do the 
upgrade? If it were me, I’d simply indicate that the computer is on Catalina 
and let whoever buys it decide whether or not to upgrade. You’re much better 
off, in my opinion.
