Donna, A folder that is “On My Mac” will not move to a new Mac automatically as I described. Only folders and content that is on your email providers server will transfer this way. If your provider is for example Gmail, I would suggest you create a folder in your Gmail account called “Mac Stuff”, or whatever you want to call it, and move items from the folder on your Mac into that folder. This way, the items will reside on your email providers server, and will be available in your email account’s folder hierarchy on your new Mac. - Brad -
