Hi all,

The person at Apple Accessibility told me the same thing Brad did, that is, to
Click on Accessibility Options in System Prefs, Users and Groups, in order to
get VO to load at startup. Problem is, that option isn’t there. She then tried
to initiate a screen share, and when she did, I heard the tai-tone, which was
followed by the message “screen share invitation agent has no windows.” We
tried the screen share invite several times, with no luck. We then tried it on
my 2017 MacBook Pro, and got the same result. Neither of us knew what to do.
Anyone know what would cause this?
TIA,
Donna
