Hi Rhonda. That’s cool you got a new iPhone 12. I got an iPhone 11 last year in it took a little while for me to get used to the touchscreen without a home button, but I got used to it quickly! :-) To close an app, swipe up with three fingers from the bottom of the screen. To go to the app switcher, swipe up with one finger from the bottom of the screen until you feel 3 vibrations and hear 3 sounds simultaneously. Then voiceover says app switcher. Then you can swipe with three fingers to close an app. Katie
