Hi, I’m not aware of any accessibility changes with the M1 vs Intel MacBook Airs. There are some changes in the way you access the recovery system, which have actually made it more accessible, but no downfalls as far as I am aware.
As Les mentioned, BootCamp is no longer supported in the M1 architecture.
