Hi, It sounds like there’s a authentication conflict of sorts. I suggest that you sign out of Apple Music on your Mac, then quit Music, restart your Mac, then sign back in again. After signing in, make sure that the checkbox in Music Preferences, General, related to syncing your library is checked. I probably might be worth a check in System Preferences, Apple ID to see if there are any waiting tasks for you.
