If you activate an icon on the Dock for an application that's already
open, what really happens? Does (1) the application's last open window
simply reopen and focus is placed thereon, or (2) does the application
restart? Based on what I know, which admittedly (quite often) isn't as
much as I think I know, the application refocuses--is brought to front,
not closed and reopened.
