Hi, Kliph. Thanks so much for answering my query. I'm still trying to get it to work. It seems like my MBA is not recognising the cursor commands, because random announcements will be heard as I'm trying to use them. I saw that elusive 'Add' button once, but it just disappeared again. I'll keep trying, though. Smiles. I've tried the commands, both using the fn key, along with the number row keys, and the function keys at the top. Neither seems to work reliably, and the keyboard help doesn't even announce their functions. Has much changed in Big Sur, or is it something I'm not doing properly?

Take your vo cursor and put it at the top of favorites, then make sure your cursor is rooted to that spot, turn cursor tracking off, then interact with favorites add button, this is where you should get the dialog that you can add a mailbox and. It should be a pop up menu, select the mailbox you want, and you should be good to go.
