Hi! You have to hold down Command option p and r while starting your Mac. Then hold these keys until you hear the start chime again. Some say you have to let the Mac do this restart 4 times before you can release the keys but on the apple site I have not seen the source so I can’t confirm if its right. On the apple site I think its said to hold the keys down until the Mac restarts and you hear the second chime. I really hope this helps. /A
