What Anders is referring to is called a device firmware update, or DFU. i'm sure if you do a Google search, you will find all kinds of information on how to perform a DFU. Note: make sure you know the password for the Apple ID account that has been signed into on the iPhone eight. without the correct password, you will not be able to access the device after doing the DFU.
