I use Zoom on my Mac all the time, and never experience problems like you describe. Try the following, and see if it helps: 1. Always use a headset with external microphone. Open Zoom Preferences > Audio, and make sure the headset is selected as your output and input sources. 2. Turn TrackPad Commander off, and use keyboard navigation only. 3. Make sure your copy of Zoom is updated to the latest version.
