One other option that you could do that I have done in the past with other apps now spectrum could block this there are a few Apps that do. You could plug in your iPhone open up QuickTime and choose new audio recording you turn the volume up to 100% and you go and open the spectrum app you’re not technically recording on QuickTime at this point it’s just giving you the audio you then move over the audio hijack and choose your audio source as QuickTime and record in audio hijack this works like a charm it’s how I record things from Sirius Xm at times.
