A workaround with these sorts of things is to have a sighted helper work with you for a time or two. Often you can use tab to move around the elements in the app, then arrow to change things and space bar to activate a button. You have to learn the sequence of actions, then you can do things without the app being accessible. It will often bring up dialogs that are accessible when it’s uploading or saving, but otherwise, it’s just not usable from a VO prospective.
