Hi, A question to Braille users on the mac in Big Sur 11.6. When I choose to read text either in email or in TextEdit using my Braille display, I notice that Voiceover focus doesn’t follow Braille display. As a result, if I decide to use my keyboard cursor to switch to using voice rather than Braille, Voiceover is still at the beginning of the document. This is such a nuisance because it means once you start using your Braille display to read text, you can’t switch to listening to the text should you get tired or want to speed up reading for a portion of the text. Am I missing something here? Does anyone else experience this? I have reported it to Apple Accessibility but they have given me some vague explanation to do with checking or unchecking “show multiple items” in Braille category / layout of Voiceover utility which didn’t make one bit of difference. Is there a solution to this?
