Hi Donna, I hope that you are simply mis-typing. The modifier is not the ctrl key, it is the FN key. I tested in a Pages document and it worked for me with the FN-down, albeit not with perfect consistency, but relatively consistent.
• interact with the page. • use VO navigation to read something. • press FN-down a time or two and see if you hear a page number reference. Sometimes, it just says down, others it will say the page number it lands on. • use VO arrows to look around where you are. It should be on that page. • Again, if you do not hold down the VO keys, you will immediately be brought directly back to the first page you were in. HTH.
