I have no idea. I googled it, and it was suggested that you turn off all focus options, A check in the control center to make sure that there wasn’t a focus option running, and then as a last resort reboot your phone. I’ve done all three, and nothing has helped. And I did figure out that it is not happening on my watch, but it is happening on my phone and my iPad. It’s very annoying. Cheers, Donna
